What areas do you service?

We currently service Clear Lake, League City, Pasadena, Baytown, Deer Park, and most of the greater East Houston area. If you’re just outside this area, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know if I can make it out there.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, most estimates are free. For larger projects or jobs requiring an in-person walk-through, I may schedule a visit to give an accurate quote.

What type of payments do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and venmo. Payment is due when the job is completed unless otherwise agreed upon.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy??

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you do landlord/property management work?

Absolutely. I handle make-ready turns, tenant repairs, seasonal maintenance plans, lock changes, inspections, and more. Contact me for recurring service agreements.

What kind of work do you not do?

I don’t take on major structural work, roofing replacements, foundation repairs, or full home renovations. But I’m happy to recommend a trusted specialist if needed.

Do you offer emergency or after-hours repairs?

In most cases, yes, especially for urgent issues like HVAC outages, leaks, or unsafe conditions. After-hours availability may include an additional fee.
