I’m James “Nick” Ferrell. I’m the owner of Space City Repair Solutions, a family-operated handyman and HVAC service built on hard work, honesty, and faith. I believe that every skill I have, every opportunity I’m given, and every home I walk into is a blessing from God and I work to honor Him in the way I serve others.

I’ve spent years working in maintenance, HVAC repair, construction, and general home services. Whether it’s fixing an AC unit, repairing a leak, Hanging a tv, or figuring out a tough job that no one else wants to touch I take pride in doing the job with integrity and doing it right the first time.

I’m EPA 608 Universal certified and have experience working across apartment communities, residential homes, RVs, and new construction. But more than the tools and the trades what matters most to me is how I treat people.

I’m a husband and father of two, and my family is my “why.” They’re the reason I show up early, work hard, and run this business in a way that honors God with honesty, reliability, and respect. I treat every home like it’s my own and every customer like a neighbor, because that’s how I believe God calls us to serve others.

Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” That’s how I approach every repair, every customer, every day.
